What Oklahoma requires
In Oklahoma, a learner permit is available starting at age 15 (with driver ed; 16 without). Oklahoma requires 50 hours of supervised driving, including 10 at night before a teen can finish the supervised-driving stage of licensing.
The learner permit also has to be held for at least 6 months before a teen can move up to the next license stage in Oklahoma, so it's worth starting the log early.
A parent or guardian certifies the completed hours on the DPS 300 DEI Affidavit of Driver Training. There's no trip log to submit.
