Privacy
Here's the whole story, in plain English. Learner Log is built to respect your privacy.
-
No advertising trackers. There are none on this site.
-
We don't sell your personal information. Ever.
-
No cross-site tracking. We don't follow you around the web.
-
We collect only what's needed to run the service: your email address and the driving log entries you enter (dates, day/night hours, supervising driver details, and any optional practice setting, road, weather, or skill details your state's printed form uses). We do not collect GPS coordinates or automatically track where you drive.
-
Sharing is your choice, and never hidden from you. If you invite another adult — say a co-parent — they join as a collaborator who can view and edit the full driving log, including the student’s and each supervising driver’s personal details, and can export it. A collaborator cannot invite anyone else or remove people; only the owner manages access. Every access change is recorded, and the people involved are emailed when someone is invited, joins, or is removed.
-
Analytics are minimal and anonymous: we keep an anonymized, server-side-only count of visits and a few aggregate product actions, such as unlock-offer impressions and successful checkout redirects. These counters store no account, session, cookie, IP address, device, or other personal identifier. We never track or profile individuals.

Your data belongs to you. It's your record, kept so you can reach it from any device through your private login link.
