What else do I need to know?
Arkansas does not set a fixed supervised-practice hour or night-hour target for the ordinary graduated license. Practice still requires a qualified supervising adult. The State Police manual describes six months of restricted driving and the minimum age for release of supervision, separately from clean-record requirements; a skills test can precede the end of that restriction.
